Release preparation
We work through the release configuration, signing and testing needed for the agreed platform. Account access, app permissions and dependencies are discussed before submission.
Screenshots and store listing
We prepare the agreed store screenshots and listing copy around what the app actually does. You supply or approve the business details, privacy information and other declarations required for your app.
Submission and follow-up
We handle the agreed submission work and support the review follow-up included in your proposal. If a review identifies further development, we explain the work and agree it with you.

Apple and Google decide approval and review timings. Developer account fees and any additional development are separate from the agreed publishing work. We recommend client-owned developer accounts with appropriate access for our studio.

Can you publish an app you did not build?
Yes, subject to an initial review and suitable access to the project, assets and developer account. The review establishes whether it is ready for release and what work is needed.
What if the app has already been rejected?
Send us the review feedback and tell us what has already been tried. We can assess the issue and propose fixes before a resubmission.
Can you guarantee an approval date?
No. Store approval and review times are controlled by Apple and Google. We agree the work we can carry out and discuss dependencies before setting a launch plan.
